Ingredients:
- Morris banana - 2 nos
- Milk - 1 cup
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence - few drops
- Sugar - 4 to 5 tspn ( as required )
Method:
- Boil the milk and cool it in refrigerator
- Keep the curd also in refrigerator
- Peel the skin and cut the banana in to pieces
- Take banana, milk, curd and sugar in a mixie jar and grind it till you get a desire consistency
- Add vanilla essence and whip one or two times
- Serve chill the tasty banana vanilla smoothie
- Instead of sugar you can add honey
