Banana Vanilla Smoothie



Ingredients:

  • Morris banana - 2 nos
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Curd - 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence - few drops
  • Sugar - 4 to 5 tspn ( as required )

Method:

  • Boil the milk and cool it in refrigerator
  • Keep the curd also in refrigerator
  • Peel the skin and cut the banana in to pieces 
  • Take banana, milk, curd and sugar in a mixie jar and grind it till you get a desire consistency
  • Add vanilla essence and whip one or two times
  • Serve chill the tasty banana vanilla smoothie
  • Instead of sugar you can add honey
