Ingredients:
- Mango pulp - 3/4 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 3 to 4 tspn
Method:
- Boil the milk and cool it in a refrigerator
- Take all the ingredients in a mixer jar and grind it till you get smooth texture
- Serve chill the tasty creamy mango smoothie
Note:
Instead of sugar can add honey
