Ingredients:
- Dosa batter - as required
- Chopped Coriader - 1 cup ( tightly packed )
- Garlic pods - 3 nos ( big one)
- Green chilli - 1 no
- or
- Chilli powder - 1/4 tspn
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for making dosas
Method:
- Wash thoroughly and chop the coriander leaves
- Grind coriander,garlic pods, green chilli ( if using ) or chilli powder into fine paste
- Transfer into a bowl and add dosa batter as required check for the salt and mix them well
- Heat tawa and pour a laddle of batter and make dosas
- Cook on both sides till it turns golden brown sizzle oil over it
- Serve the tasty coriander dosai with coconut chutney or anyother chutney as side dish
