Ingredients:
- Pepper - 11/2 to 2 tspn
- Jeera - 1 tblspn
- Salt - to taste
Method:
- In a mixie take pepper, jeera , salt and make fine powder
- Or in a empty kadai just dry roast pepper for few seconds then switch off the stove add jeera and saute in that remaining heat and then cool down, make powder
- Serve this podi with hot plain rice with ghee
