Healthy Snack



Ingredients:

  • Red capsicum - 1/2 no
  • Yellow capsicum - 1/2 no
  • Spring onion green part - 2 tblspn
  • Onion - 1 big
  • Pepper powder - as required
  • Lime juice - as required
  • Salt - to taste
  • Britannia Nutrichoice Crackers - as required

Method:

  • Wash and chop the vegetables as tiny pieces 
  • In a bowl take the chopped vegetables and add pepper powder, lime juice, salt and mix them well
  • If want you can add chopped coriander also
  • Take one biscuit , place the salad in centre and serve 
  • This will be a healthy snack to the kids after school and can be used as starter in kids party
