Ingredients:
- Red capsicum - 1/2 no
- Yellow capsicum - 1/2 no
- Spring onion green part - 2 tblspn
- Onion - 1 big
- Pepper powder - as required
- Lime juice - as required
- Salt - to taste
- Britannia Nutrichoice Crackers - as required
Method:
- Wash and chop the vegetables as tiny pieces
- In a bowl take the chopped vegetables and add pepper powder, lime juice, salt and mix them well
- If want you can add chopped coriander also
- Take one biscuit , place the salad in centre and serve
- This will be a healthy snack to the kids after school and can be used as starter in kids party
