Ingredients:
- Red cabbage chopped - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 no ( chopped )
- Green chilli - 2 nos ( finely chopped )
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tspn
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
- Everest kitchen king masala - 1/2 tspn
- Curry leaves - few nos
- Channa flour - 1/2 cup
- Rice flour - 3 tblspn
- Chat masala - as required for springle on top
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for deep fry
Method:
- Wash and chop the red cabbage
- In a bowl take chopped cabbage, onion to this add little salt and ginger garlic paste,curry leaves and mix with the hands and leave it for 5 to 10 mins
- After that add channa flour, rice flour, chilli powder , masala powder and mix them well
- Don't add all the flour as such, first add 1/4 cup channa and 11/2 tblspn rice flour then add again depends on the consistency don't need to add water (because onion and cabbage ooze out water during soaking time)
- Heat oil in a kadai, take handful of dough and drop roughly shaped dough in to the oil and deep fry it till it turns golden brown
- Springle some chat masala on top mix well and serve hot
