Bottle Gourd / Surakai Dosai



Ingredients:

  • Bottle gourd grated - 1 cup
  • Dosa batter - 2 cups
  • Ginger - 2 inch piece
  • Green chilli - 2 nos
  • Oil - to cook dosai

Method:

  • Take dosa flour in a bowl to this add grated bottle gourd , ginger-green chilli paste and mix well
  • Check for the salt
  • Heat tava, take a laddle of batter and pour on to the tava cook both sides apply oil and make dosa
  • Repeat the process for the remaining batter
  • Serve the tasty and cool bottle gourd dosa along with any chutney
  • After eating this your stomach will be very cool
