Ingredients:
- Bottle gourd grated - 1 cup
- Dosa batter - 2 cups
- Ginger - 2 inch piece
- Green chilli - 2 nos
- Oil - to cook dosai
Method:
- Take dosa flour in a bowl to this add grated bottle gourd , ginger-green chilli paste and mix well
- Check for the salt
- Heat tava, take a laddle of batter and pour on to the tava cook both sides apply oil and make dosa
- Repeat the process for the remaining batter
- Serve the tasty and cool bottle gourd dosa along with any chutney
- After eating this your stomach will be very cool
