Ingredients:
- Paneer - 200gms
- Onion - 1 no ( big one )
- Tomato - 2 nos ( medium size )
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tspn
- Chilli powder ( kasmiri ) - 1 tspn
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Dhania powder - 1/2 tspn
- Kitchen king masala - 1/2 to 3/4 tspn
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 tblspn
Method:
- Chop the paneer in to small cubes
- Heat oil in a kadai, add paneer cubes and fry it ( don't fry till golden brown just for few mins) and keep aside
- To the same kadai with the left over oil add chopped onion followed by ginger garlic paste
- Saute for few mins then add tomato, salt and keep in low flame till tomato becomes tender
- Then add chilli , turmeric, dhania powder and kitchen king masala mix it well after a minute add the fried paneer
- Mix it well till all the paneer coated well with masala ( if want just springle some water )
- Keep in low flame for 2 to 3 minutes then switch off the stove
- Serve the tasty paneer fry hot with chapathi, variety rice ....
