Paneer Fry or Curry


Ingredients:

  • Paneer - 200gms
  • Onion - 1 no ( big one )
  • Tomato - 2 nos ( medium size )
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tspn
  • Chilli powder ( kasmiri ) - 1 tspn
  • Turmeric powder - a pinch
  • Dhania powder - 1/2 tspn
  • Kitchen king masala - 1/2 to 3/4 tspn
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 1 tblspn

Method:

  • Chop the paneer in to small cubes
  • Heat oil in a kadai, add paneer cubes and fry it ( don't fry till golden brown just for few mins) and keep aside
  • To the same kadai with the left over oil add chopped onion followed by ginger garlic paste
  • Saute for few mins then add tomato, salt and keep in low flame till tomato becomes tender
  • Then add chilli , turmeric, dhania powder and kitchen king masala mix it well after a minute add the fried paneer
  • Mix it well till all  the paneer coated well with masala ( if want just springle some water )
  • Keep in low flame for 2 to 3 minutes then switch off the stove
  • Serve the tasty paneer fry hot with chapathi, variety rice ....
