Ingredients:
- Kambu or pearl millet - 1 cup
- Idli rice - 1/4 cup
- Whole black urad dal - 1/4 cup
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tspn
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - to cook dosai
Method:
- Soak kambu,idli rice,urad dal, fenugreek together in water for 6 to 7 hours
- Then grind it to dosai flour consistency and add salt
- Ferment it overnight or 7 to 8 hours and then mix it well
- Heat tawa and add little oil spread it evenly and take a laddle of dosai batter and make dosai
- When it turns golden brown on both sides take it out and repeat the process
- Serve the tasty and healthy kambu dosai with onion-tomato chutney or coconut chutney
