Ingredients:
- Brinjal - 5 to 6 nos
- Olive oil or any oil - 1 1/2 tblspn
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
- Coriander powder - 1 tspn
- Garam masala - 1/2 tspn
- Chaat masala - a pinch
- Tandoori masala - 1 tspn
- Salt - to taste
Method:
- Wash and cut the brinjal in to circle shape
- In a plate add 1 tblspn olive oil, turmeric, chilli, coriander,garam masala, tandoori masala powder, salt and mix them well
- To this add the cut brinjal and mix them well till the brinjal coated well with the masala
- Keep this aside for 15 to 20 minutes to marinate
- Heat tava add 1 tspn of oil and spread then add the brinjal pieces one by one on the tava and cook on both sides till it becomes golden brown
- Or else you can heat 2 tspn of oil in a kadai and add the marinated brinjal and fry till it turns golden brown on both sides
Note:
- Since we didn't add gram flour you should eat immediately, because the cripsyness will not long last
- You can add amchur powder instead of chaat masala
