Tomato Paneer Pasta


Ingredients:

  • Pasta - 1 1/4 cup
  • Paneer chopped - 2 tblpsn
  • Capsicum 3 colours -1/4 cup
  • Tomato puree - 3 tblspn
  • Onion - 1 small in size
  • Garlic - 5 to 6 pods
  • Tomato sauce - 3 tblpsn or more 
  • Green chilli sauce - 1 tblpsn (optional)
  • Chilli flakes - 3 tblpsn ( even more or less )
  • Oregano - 1 tspn
  • Basil - 1/2 tspn
  • Vinegar - few drops
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil or any refined oil - 3 to 4 tblspn

Method:

  • Heat water in a vessel add 1 tspn oil,salt and put pasta in it, keep it for 5 to 10 mins
  • Filter it and drain the water, add 1 tspn of oil mix it and keep it aside
  • Chop the garlic, onion, capsicum and paneer
  • Heat oil in a kadai, add garlic, onion and saute keep the stove in high flame
  • When onion turns pink add capsicum and saute then add tomato puree keep in low flame for 2 mins
  • Now add paneer, tomato sauce,green chilli sauce, chilli flakes, oregano, basil salt and mix well
  • After 1 minute add the cooked pasta and saute
  • Inbetween check for the taste 
  • Saute in high flame for few minutes and switch off the stove
  • serve the tasty paneer tomato pasta hot
Note:
You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients depends on your taste
