Ingredients:
- Pasta - 1 1/4 cup
- Paneer chopped - 2 tblpsn
- Capsicum 3 colours -1/4 cup
- Tomato puree - 3 tblspn
- Onion - 1 small in size
- Garlic - 5 to 6 pods
- Tomato sauce - 3 tblpsn or more
- Green chilli sauce - 1 tblpsn (optional)
- Chilli flakes - 3 tblpsn ( even more or less )
- Oregano - 1 tspn
- Basil - 1/2 tspn
- Vinegar - few drops
- Salt - to taste
- Olive oil or any refined oil - 3 to 4 tblspn
Method:
- Heat water in a vessel add 1 tspn oil,salt and put pasta in it, keep it for 5 to 10 mins
- Filter it and drain the water, add 1 tspn of oil mix it and keep it aside
- Chop the garlic, onion, capsicum and paneer
- Heat oil in a kadai, add garlic, onion and saute keep the stove in high flame
- When onion turns pink add capsicum and saute then add tomato puree keep in low flame for 2 mins
- Now add paneer, tomato sauce,green chilli sauce, chilli flakes, oregano, basil salt and mix well
- After 1 minute add the cooked pasta and saute
- Inbetween check for the taste
- Saute in high flame for few minutes and switch off the stove
- serve the tasty paneer tomato pasta hot
Note:
You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients depends on your taste
