Ingredients:
- Sooji or rava - 1 cup (240ml)
- Maida flour - 2 1/2 tblsp
- Coconut gratings - 1 1/2 tblspn
- Sugar - 2 1/2 tblspn (depends on sweetness)
- Milk - 2 tblspn
- salt - a small pinch
- Oil - for deep fry
Method:
- In a empty pan fry the rava and keep it aside
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients except oil and mix well then add water little by little and make a dough
- Since coconut and milk is used so be careful in adding water
- Keep the dough for 1 hrs by closing it with a lid or cloth
- Heat oil in a kadai, take lemon size dough roll it in to a circle and make desire shape and deep fry in oil
- Serve the tasty ghajira during evening time childern will like it very much
