Tasty Surul Boli ( Rolled Boli )





Ingredients:

  • Maida flour - 2 cups
  • Roasted gram (powdered) - 1/4 cup
  • Sugar (powdered) - 1/4 cup (more or less depends on sweetness)
  • Cardamon powder - a pinch for flavour
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - for deep fry

Method:

  • In a bowl take maida, salt add water and make dough ( similar like chappathi dough)
  • Take equal proportion ( more or less) of sugar and roasted gram powder  add cardamon and mix well
  • Heat oil in a kadai, take small amount of dough make chappathi and deep fry in oil
  • After it becomes fluffy ( puri should not be stiff it should be soft )take it out  springle( apply more) the powder on one side and roll it quickly still it warm
  • Now the tasty  surul boli is ready to serve
