Ingredients:
- Broccoli - one floret
- Capsicum chopped - 1 tblspn
- Zucchini chopped - 2 tblspn
- Garlic chopped - 1 tblspn
- Pepper powder - 1 tspn
- Basil - 1 tspn
- Olive oil - 3 tspn
- Salt - to taste
Method:
- Cut the broccoli in to separate florets
- Heat oil in a kadai, add garlic and saute for few seconds then add capsicum, zucchini
- Saute this for a minute then add broccoli , salt, pepper powder, basil and saute for few minutes
- Switch off the stove and serve the tasty broccoli and zucchini sabji
