Easy Broccoli and Zucchini Sabji



Ingredients:

  • Broccoli - one floret
  • Capsicum chopped - 1 tblspn
  • Zucchini chopped - 2 tblspn
  • Garlic chopped - 1 tblspn
  • Pepper powder - 1 tspn
  • Basil - 1 tspn
  • Olive oil - 3 tspn
  • Salt - to taste

Method:

  • Cut the broccoli in to separate florets
  • Heat oil in a kadai, add garlic and saute for few seconds then add capsicum, zucchini
  • Saute this for a minute then add broccoli , salt, pepper powder, basil and saute for few minutes
  • Switch off the stove and serve the tasty broccoli and zucchini sabji
