Ananya's Yummy Paneer Pakoda




Ingredients:

  • Grated Paneer - 2 tblspn
  • Bengal gram flour - 3 tblspn
  • Rice flour - 11/2 tblspn
  • Chopped onion - 1 tblspn
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 to 1 tspn
  • Cashew nuts (chopped) - 2 tspn
  • Mint and coriander leaves - 1 tblspn
  • salt - to taste
  • Oil - for deep fry

Method:

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients except oil and make a dough (moisture in the paneer is enough for making dough if not sufficient springle little water and mix)
  • Heat oil in a kadai, take dough make small balls and deep fry in the oil
  • Serve hot yummy paneer pakoda with tomato sauce
