Ingredients:
- Grated Paneer - 2 tblspn
- Bengal gram flour - 3 tblspn
- Rice flour - 11/2 tblspn
- Chopped onion - 1 tblspn
- Chilli powder - 1/2 to 1 tspn
- Cashew nuts (chopped) - 2 tspn
- Mint and coriander leaves - 1 tblspn
- salt - to taste
- Oil - for deep fry
Method:
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients except oil and make a dough (moisture in the paneer is enough for making dough if not sufficient springle little water and mix)
- Heat oil in a kadai, take dough make small balls and deep fry in the oil
- Serve hot yummy paneer pakoda with tomato sauce
