Ingredients:
- Wheat Flour - 3 cups (depends up on the family)
- Grated Paneer - 1 cup
- Chilli powder - 1/2 to 1 tspn
- Chopped Coriander leaves - 3 tblspn
- salt - to taste
- Oil - for making paratha
Method:
- First make chappathi dough asusual with wheat flour, water, salt and 2 tspn oil and keep it aside for 2 hrs
- In a bowl take grated paneer, chilli powder, coriander leaves, salt and mix well with hand
- Make small balls with the paneer mixture
- Heat tawa, now take small chappathi dough in hand make basket like shape keep paneer balls inside close it and make chappathi by rolling slowly
- After rolling put in tawa apply oil on both sides and when it becomes golden brown remove it from the tawa
- Serve paneer stuffed paratha hot with any gravy
