Ingredients:
- Green Peas - 150 gms
- Onion - 3 nos (medium size)
- Tomato - 21/2 nos(medium size)
- Cashew-kuskus (kasa kasa) paste - 2 tblspn
- Garam Masala - 1-11/2 tspn
- Chilli powder - 1 tspn
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
- Chopped Coriander - 1 - 2 tblspn
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 - 3 tblspn
Method:
- Make onion and tomato paste separately
- For cashew kuskus paste i took 5 to 6 full cashew and 1 tblspn kuskus
- Heat oil in a kadai, add onion paste then garam masala, chillipowder and saute it for few seconds
- Then add cashew-kuskus paste, ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute
- Now add tomato paste and salt and mix thoroughly
- Saute it till oil separates out, now add green peas and water mix well and close the lid
- After the water decreased and gravy becomes thick garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the stove
- Serve hot Green Peas Masala with chappathi, naan etc
