Ingredients:
- Baby Corn - 1/2 cup
- Spring Onion - 1/2 cup
- Channa Dal - 1/2 cup
- Urad Dal - 1/2 cup
- Raw Rice - 2 tblspn
- Toor Dal - 2 tblspn
- Green chilli - 3 nos (depends on spicyness required )
- Jeera - 2 tspn
- Coriander leaf - 2 tblspn
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for deep fry
Method:
- Soak dals along with rice in water for 1 hr and then grind it along with baby corn, jeera, green chilli
- To this dough add chopped spring onion , coriander leaves and salt and mix well
- Heat oil in a kadai, make small balls from the dough and deep fry it
- Serve hot tasty Baby Corn Snack with tomato sauce or coconut chutney...
Note:
You can also make baby corn vadai by grinding coarsely(by grinding 2 or 3 round in mixie) the above said dough, make vadai and deep fry it in the oil
