Ananya's Tasty Baby Corn Snack




Ingredients:

  • Baby Corn - 1/2 cup
  • Spring Onion - 1/2 cup
  • Channa Dal - 1/2 cup
  • Urad Dal - 1/2 cup
  • Raw Rice - 2 tblspn
  • Toor Dal - 2 tblspn
  • Green chilli - 3 nos (depends on spicyness required )
  • Jeera - 2 tspn
  • Coriander leaf - 2 tblspn
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - for deep fry


Method:

  • Soak dals along with rice in water for 1 hr and then grind it along with baby corn, jeera, green chilli 
  • To this dough add chopped spring onion , coriander leaves and salt and mix well
  • Heat oil in a kadai, make small balls from the dough and deep fry it 
  • Serve hot tasty Baby Corn Snack with tomato sauce or coconut chutney...
Note:
You can also make baby corn vadai by grinding coarsely(by grinding 2 or 3 round in mixie) the above said dough, make vadai and deep fry it in the oil
