Ingredients:
- Masala Papad - One Packet ( based on your need )
- Potato - 2 cup ( boiled and smashed )
- Chilli Powder - 3 tspn
- Chat Masala - 1 tablespoon
- Garam Masala - 1 tspn
- Chopped Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
- Lime Juice - 1 or 2 tablespoon
- Salt - According to taste
- Luke warm water - 2 to 3 cups
- Oil - For deep frying
Method:
- Keep the Masala Papad in luke warm water for few seconds until it becomes soft and place them in a plate separately
- Take smashed potato in a bowl add chilli powder, chat masala, garam masala, coriander leaves,lime juice and salt, mix all the ingredients well
- Take some amount of this potato masala mixture and place them in centre and roll out since its soft it will stick at the end nicely without any gap, or make any shape you like
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry this stuffed papad
- Easy Stuffed Masala Papad is ready to eat, serve with chilli and tomato sauce.
Note:
Don't put all the masala papad in water at same time , put two papad stuf them and while its frying keep another 2 in water.
