Ingredients:
- Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
- Sugar powder - 2 tblspn
- Cardamon powder - a pinch
- Ghee - 1 tspn and for cooking
- Milk - as required
- Salt - a pinch
Method:
- In a bowl add wheat flour, sugar powder, cardamon powder, 1 tspn ghee, salt and mix well
- Then add milk little by little and make soft dough and keep aside for 1/2 hr to 45 minutes
- Then take small balls from the dough roll out in to small chappathi
- Heat tawa place chappathi when golden brown spots appear on both sides apply ghee on both sides and make sweet chappathi
- Serve the easy and tasty chappathi along with bread spread or as such
Note:
- 2 tblspn of sugar powder gives correct sweetness if want can add 1/2 tblspn extra
- Along with the wheat powder can add badam or cashew powder also
