Sweet Chappathi



Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar powder - 2 tblspn
  • Cardamon powder - a pinch
  • Ghee - 1 tspn and for cooking
  • Milk - as required
  • Salt - a pinch

Method:

  • In a bowl add wheat flour, sugar powder, cardamon powder, 1 tspn ghee, salt and mix well 
  • Then add milk little by little and make soft dough and keep aside for 1/2 hr to 45 minutes
  • Then take small balls from the dough roll out in to small chappathi 
  • Heat tawa place chappathi when golden brown spots appear on both sides apply ghee on both sides and make sweet chappathi
  • Serve the easy and tasty chappathi along with bread spread or as such

Note:

  • 2 tblspn of sugar powder gives correct sweetness if want can add 1/2 tblspn extra 
  • Along with the wheat powder can add badam or cashew powder also
