Ingredients:
- Milk Powder - 1 cup
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Ghee - 1 1/2 tspn
Method:
- In a broad vessel take the milk powder
- Boil milk in a pan add ghee in it
- Then add slowly to the milk powder and mix it continuously with a spoon
- When it reached a desire consistency khoya is ready
- Khoya prepared can be used for making other sweets
Note:
I used all the quantity of milk, so i got little bit creamy consistency. You can also reduce the amount of milk
