Method 1:
Ingredients:
- Dosa batter - 1/2 kg
- Mudakathan keerai - 2 cups
- Green chilli - 2 nos
- Jeera - 1/2 tspn
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for cooking dosai
Method:
- Wash thoroughly the leaves and grind it along with green chilli and jeera to paste
- Take dosa batter in a bowl and add the grinded paste and check for salt
- Mix it well
- Heat a tawa, take a laddle of batter and make dosa after it turns golden brown on both sides take it out and serve hot.
Method 2:
Ingredients:
- Mudakathan keerai - 2 1/2 cups
- Idli rice - 11/2 cup
- Raw rice - 11/2 cup
- Urad dal - 1/2 cup
- Methi seeds - 1/2 tspn
- Salt - to taste
Method:
- Wash the rice and dal and soak in water for 4 to 5 hrs along with methi seeds
- Then grind the soaked rice dal to dosa batter consistency and meanwhile grind the mudakathan keerai in mixie in to nice paste and mix with the dosa batter
- Add salt to it and ferment it overnight
- Next day heat a tawa take a laddle of batter and make dosa after it turns golden brown on both sides take it out and serve hot.
