Beetroot Paneer Dosai



Ingredients:

  • Dosa batter - as required
  • Beetroot grated - 1 no
  • Onion - 1 no
  • Green capsicum - 1 tblspn
  • Green chilli - 1 no
  • Paneer grated - 3 to 4 tblspn
  • Ginger garlic paste - 3/4 tspn
  • Mustard - 1/2 tspn
  • Jeera - 1/4 tspn
  • Turmeric powder - 2 pinch
  • Chilli powder - 1 tspn
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - few nos
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 3 tspn + for cooking dosa


Method:

  • Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard and jeera after it pops out add onion, green chilli and saute well
  • Then add ginger garlic paste after a minute add capsicum and mix well
  • Now turmeric,chilli powder and saute till raw smell goes
  • Then add beetroot and mix well, after beetroot cooks add salt, garam masala, paneer and mix well
  • After 2 minutes add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the stove

  • Heat tawa , take a laddle of dosa batter and make dosai, flip over to other side and cook on both sides
  • Then apply the beetroot paneer masala in one half and close with the other end like half moon 
  • Serve this tasty beetroot paneer dosai along with green chutney or coconut chutney
