Raw Banana Fry


Ingredients:

  • Raw Banana - 2 nos
  • Thick or Hang curd - 2 to 3 tblspn
  • Besan flour - 2 tspn
  • Corn flour - 1 tspn
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tblspn
  • Chilli powder - 2 tspn 
  • turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn
  • Saunf (crushed) - 1 tspn 
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - to cook raw banana

Method:

  • Peel the skin of the raw banana and chop round with medium thickness
  • In a bowl take curd and other ingredients except oil and mix them 
  • To this marinate chopped raw banana and soak for 1/2 to 1 hr
  • Heat skillet add 1tblpsn of oil and keep the soaked raw banana on it ( don't over crowd it )and cook till it turns golden brown on both sides
  • Repeat the process for the remaining raw banana 
  • Serve the tasty and crispy raw banana fry hot with sambar, rasam, curd rice
