Ingredients:
- Raw Banana - 2 nos
- Thick or Hang curd - 2 to 3 tblspn
- Besan flour - 2 tspn
- Corn flour - 1 tspn
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tblspn
- Chilli powder - 2 tspn
- turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn
- Saunf (crushed) - 1 tspn
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - to cook raw banana
Method:
- Peel the skin of the raw banana and chop round with medium thickness
- In a bowl take curd and other ingredients except oil and mix them
- To this marinate chopped raw banana and soak for 1/2 to 1 hr
- Heat skillet add 1tblpsn of oil and keep the soaked raw banana on it ( don't over crowd it )and cook till it turns golden brown on both sides
- Repeat the process for the remaining raw banana
- Serve the tasty and crispy raw banana fry hot with sambar, rasam, curd rice
