Mushroom With Coconut Milk



Hi friends, this is my another own recipe today i tried it and came out well
You try it and give me the feed back...:)

Ingredients:

  • Mushroom - 200gms
  • Capsicum - 1/4 part
  • Onion - 1 big
  • Tomato - 1/2 no
  • Coconut milk - 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
  • Milk - 3 tblspn
  • Chilli powder - 1 to 1/2 tspn
  • Kitchen king masala - 1 tspn
  • Kasuri methi - 3/4 tspn
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 1 tblspn
  • Coriander leaves - for garnish


Method:

  • Wash and chop the mushroom, capsicum, tomato and onion
  • In milk add chilli powder, kitchen king masala, kasuri methi and keep aside
  • Heat oil in a kadai, add onion, tomato and saute for a minute
  • Then add ginger garlic paste, After 2 minutes add capsicum, mushroom and mix well
  • Springle little salt and keep in low flame for 2 minutes
  • Then add milk with masala and mix well
  • Add some water and allow it to cook till the raw smell goes
  • Now add coconut milk stir it well , check for the salt, keep in low flame for few more minutes 
  • Switch off the stove, garnish with coriander leaves and serve the tasty mushroom coconut milk gravy along with veg rice, chappathi, naan....
