Hi friends, this is my another own recipe today i tried it and came out well
You try it and give me the feed back...:)
Ingredients:
- Mushroom - 200gms
- Capsicum - 1/4 part
- Onion - 1 big
- Tomato - 1/2 no
- Coconut milk - 1/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
- Milk - 3 tblspn
- Chilli powder - 1 to 1/2 tspn
- Kitchen king masala - 1 tspn
- Kasuri methi - 3/4 tspn
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 tblspn
- Coriander leaves - for garnish
Method:
- Wash and chop the mushroom, capsicum, tomato and onion
- In milk add chilli powder, kitchen king masala, kasuri methi and keep aside
- Heat oil in a kadai, add onion, tomato and saute for a minute
- Then add ginger garlic paste, After 2 minutes add capsicum, mushroom and mix well
- Springle little salt and keep in low flame for 2 minutes
- Then add milk with masala and mix well
- Add some water and allow it to cook till the raw smell goes
- Now add coconut milk stir it well , check for the salt, keep in low flame for few more minutes
- Switch off the stove, garnish with coriander leaves and serve the tasty mushroom coconut milk gravy along with veg rice, chappathi, naan....
