Veechu Parotta



Ingredients:

  • Maida flour - 500gms
  • Milk - 11/2 cups
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 1 tblspn for making dough and 1/4 cup for making parotta

Method:

  • Take the maida flour in a bowl add milk, salt, oil and make soft dough if want add water 

  • Close the bowl with a lid or clean cloth and leave it for 3 to 5 hrs, apply oil on the dough surface to avoid dryness
  • After that divide the dough in to small balls ( i got 15 balls from that dough )

  • Apply oil on it, roll each ball in to a very thin chappathi and then bring the four corners to the centre and fold it





  • Heat tawa and cook the parotta till both sides turns golden brown by applying oil 
  • Serve the tasty crispy veechu parotta along with veg kurma as side dish
