Ingredients:
- Maida flour - 500gms
- Milk - 11/2 cups
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 tblspn for making dough and 1/4 cup for making parotta
Method:
- Take the maida flour in a bowl add milk, salt, oil and make soft dough if want add water
- Close the bowl with a lid or clean cloth and leave it for 3 to 5 hrs, apply oil on the dough surface to avoid dryness
- After that divide the dough in to small balls ( i got 15 balls from that dough )
- Apply oil on it, roll each ball in to a very thin chappathi and then bring the four corners to the centre and fold it
- Heat tawa and cook the parotta till both sides turns golden brown by applying oil
- Serve the tasty crispy veechu parotta along with veg kurma as side dish
