Tri Colour Noodles


Ingredients:

  • Noodles  - 1 pack ( i used topramen curry noodles family pack )
  • Noodles masala - 4 pack
  • Onion - 1 no ( big)
  • Three colour capsicum - 1/2 cup
  • Sweet corn - 1/4 to 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion green part - 2 to 3 tblspn
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
  • Soya sauce - 1 to 11/4 tspn
  • Salt - to taste ( if needed )
  • Oil - 1 to 11/4 tblspn

Method:

  • Boil 1040ml of water along with 1 tspn of oil and salt , add noodles in it for 6 to 10 mins or till it becomes soft and transparent, then filtered the water and keep it aside
  • Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped onion ginger garlic paste saute till raw smell goes, then add cooked sweet corn, capsicum and saute it
  • After few minutes add soya sauce and 4 packets of noodles masala and mix well
  • Keep in low flame for 2 minutes then add cooked noodles and mix well
  • Saute it in a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes and then switch off the stove by garnish with spring onion green part and serve hot
