Ingredients:
- Jaggery - 1/2 cup
- Water - 2 1/4 cup
- Dry ginger powder - 1 tspn
- Cardamon powder - 1/4 - 1/2 tspn
Method:
- In 11/2 cup of water take jaggery and dissolve it by mixing it with clean hand or with a laddle
- Then remove impurities by filtering it in a stainer
- To the filtered jaggery water add the remaining water, dry ginger and caradamon powder and serve
- Note:
- You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients according to your taste
