Ingredients:
- Paneer grated - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 no
- Tomato - 1/2
- Capsicum - 1/2
- Coriander leaves - 1 tblspn
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
- Salt - to taste
Dry powders:
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn (optional )
- Chilli powder - 1/2 to 1 tspn
- Coriander powder - 1 tspn
- Garam masala - 1 tspn
For seasonings:
- Oil - 1 tblspn
- Jeera - 1/2 tspn
Method:
- Chop the onion, capsicum, tomato and coriander leaves and keep aside
- Heat oil in a kadai, add jeera after it pops out add onion and ginger garlic paste
- After onion turns pink add tomato and cook till it becomes tender
- Then add the dry powders and saute well
- After oil separates out add capsicum and stir for few mins
- The crunchyness of the capsicum should not go
- After that add salt , grated paneer and mix well
- After few mins add coriander leaves and switch off the stove
- Serve the paneer bhurji as a side dish for chappathi, naan or any variety rice
