Ingredients:
- Gram flour ( kadalai paruppu ) - 1 1/4 cup
- Onion finely chopped - 1 no
- Green chilli finely chopped - 1 small no
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tspn
- Dhania powder - 1 tspn
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
- Pepper powder or crushed - for springle on top
- Coriander leaf - few nos
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for cooking omelette
Method:
- In a a bowl mix all the ingredients except pepper powder bring it to dosa flour consistency by adding water
- Keep this mixture for 20 mins
- Heat tawa, take the flour in a cradle and pour on to the tawa like dosai, springle some pepper on top
- Apply oil similiar like making dosa when it turns golden brown on both side take out from the tawa
- Serve hot the yummy veg omelette
