Yummy Papaya Halwa


For 3 servings

Ingredients:

  • Fully ripe papaya paste - 1 1/4 cup
  • Sugar - 2 1/2  tblspn
  • Ghee - 4 tspn
  • Cardamon powder - 1/4 tspn

Method:

  • Heat 1 tspn ghee in a kadai, fry the cashew and keep it aside to this same kadai add papaya paste and saute for few mins
  • Then add sugar mix well and saute nicely add 2 tspn of ghee
  • When the oil separates and the mixture comes without touching the sides of the vessel add ghee fried cashew,1 tspn ghee and cardamon powder
  • Serve the delicious  papaya halwa
