For 3 servings
Ingredients:- Fully ripe papaya paste - 1 1/4 cup
- Sugar - 2 1/2 tblspn
- Ghee - 4 tspn
- Cardamon powder - 1/4 tspn
Method:
- Heat 1 tspn ghee in a kadai, fry the cashew and keep it aside to this same kadai add papaya paste and saute for few mins
- Then add sugar mix well and saute nicely add 2 tspn of ghee
- When the oil separates and the mixture comes without touching the sides of the vessel add ghee fried cashew,1 tspn ghee and cardamon powder
- Serve the delicious papaya halwa
