Tasty Mint ( Pudhina ) Pakoda



Ingredients:

  • Mint leaf - 1 cup ( my cup measures 120 ml )
  • Green chilli - 2 to 3 nos 
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
  • Besan flour - 3 tblspn
  • Rice flour - 1 1/2 tblspn
  • Onion Chopped - 2 tblspn
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - for deep fry

Method:

  • Grind mint leaf and green chilli to paste
  • Transfer the paste in to a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, besan flour, rice flour, onion, salt and mix well
  • You will get a green colour dough ( if u pasted it watery then add besan and rice flour according to it)
  • Heat oil in a kadai, take dough make small round balls and deep fry it in oil
  • When it turns golden brown take it out and serve hot the tasty mint pakoda
