Ingredients:
- Mint leaf - 1 cup ( my cup measures 120 ml )
- Green chilli - 2 to 3 nos
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
- Besan flour - 3 tblspn
- Rice flour - 1 1/2 tblspn
- Onion Chopped - 2 tblspn
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for deep fry
Method:
- Grind mint leaf and green chilli to paste
- Transfer the paste in to a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, besan flour, rice flour, onion, salt and mix well
- You will get a green colour dough ( if u pasted it watery then add besan and rice flour according to it)
- Heat oil in a kadai, take dough make small round balls and deep fry it in oil
- When it turns golden brown take it out and serve hot the tasty mint pakoda
