Ingredients:
- Cauliflower - 1 cup
- Onion - 1/2 cup
- Potato - 1/2 cup
- Green Peas - 1/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspn
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
- Chilli powder - 1 tspn ( according to spiceness)
- Garam masala - 1/2 tspn
- Kasuri methi - 1 tspn
- Jeera - 1/4 to 1/2 tspn
- Oil - 2 tspn
- Salt - to taste
Method:
- Cut cauliflower as separate floret and the potato in cube shape
- In a bowl add cauliflower, potato and green peas, to this add boiling water along with salt and keep it for 5 to 10 mts
- Then drain the water and keep it aside
- Heat oil in a kadai, add jeera when it pops out add onion saute for few mins then add ginger garlic paste
- After the raw smell goes add turmeric, chilli powder and mix well
- After 3 mins add all the vegetables ( cauliflower, potato. peas) and mix nicely, if want springle some water and close the lid
- 10 mts later open the lid and see if vegetables are cooked then add salt, garam masala and kasuri methi mix nicely and keep in stove for 2 to 3 mins with constant stirring. after that switch off the stove
- Serve Spicy Cauliflower, Potato Sabji hot
