Ananya's Spicy Ragi Biscuits




Ingredients:

  • Ragi Flour - 1 Cup (200gms)
  • Wheat Flour - 1/2 Cup (100gms)
  • Chilli Powder - 11/2 tspn
  •           Or
  • Chilli Garlic Paste - 1 tblspn
  • Jeera - 1/2 tspn 
  • Butter - 11/2 tblspn
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - for deep fry

Method:

  • Sieve ragi and wheat flour, to this add chilli powder or chilli garlic paste, jeera, butter, salt and mix well
  • To this add water little by little and make soft dough
  • Heat oil in a kadai, take small quantity of dough and roll them with chappathi roller in to thin round     ( this dough won't come as easy as chappathi dough to make thin round )
  • Then with the help of biscuit cutter or with knife make ur desire shape 
  • With the help of a fork make small holes in the biscuit and deep fry it, when it become crispy or cooked on both side take it out and keep it on a butter paper to take out excess oil
  • keep this biscuits in air tight container
