Ingredients:
- Ragi Flour - 1 Cup (200gms)
- Wheat Flour - 1/2 Cup (100gms)
- Chilli Powder - 11/2 tspn
- Or
- Chilli Garlic Paste - 1 tblspn
- Jeera - 1/2 tspn
- Butter - 11/2 tblspn
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for deep fry
Method:
- Sieve ragi and wheat flour, to this add chilli powder or chilli garlic paste, jeera, butter, salt and mix well
- To this add water little by little and make soft dough
- Heat oil in a kadai, take small quantity of dough and roll them with chappathi roller in to thin round ( this dough won't come as easy as chappathi dough to make thin round )
- Then with the help of biscuit cutter or with knife make ur desire shape
- With the help of a fork make small holes in the biscuit and deep fry it, when it become crispy or cooked on both side take it out and keep it on a butter paper to take out excess oil
- keep this biscuits in air tight container
