Ingredients:
- Bhajji Milagai - 200 gms
- Potato - 4 nos
- Chilli Powder - 1/2 to 3/4 tspn
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tspn
- Chopped Coriander - 1 to 1-1/2 tblspn
- Jeera Powder - 1/4 tspn
- Chat Masala - 1/2 tspn ( optional )
- Lemon Juice - 1 tblspn
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for shallow fry
Method:
- With a knife make a slit vertically in the peppers ( bhajji milagai ) and take out all the seeds and keep it aside
- Cook the potato peel of the skin and smash it well, to this add chilli powder, turmeric powder,jeera powder,
- Chat masala ( optional ), Salt , chopped coriander and mix well nicely
- Stuff this potato masala to the peppers
- Heat 2 tspn of oil in a kadai, fry this pepper well till it becomes golden brown or it cooked nicely
- Serve the Tasty Potato Stuffed Peppers hot no need for side dish
- This can be given to the kids since it is free of pepper's spicy (original spicyness ) taste
