Ananya's Tasty and Easy Veg Paniyaram





Ingredients:

  • Idli Batter - 1 cup
  • Chopped Onion - 2 tablespoon
  • Grated Carrot - 2 tablespoon
  • Thinly chopped Cabbage - 2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Ginger - 1 tspn
  • Chopped Green chilli - 2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Coriander and Mint leaf - as per your need
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 1/4 cup

Method:

  • To the idli batter add all the ingredients except oil and mix well
  • Heat the Paniyaram maker ( special pan with kuzhi's ) with oil in all the holes
  • Then pour the batter mixture in all the holes and after 4 to 5 minutes turned it to other side by using a spoon or paniyaram stick
  • When it is cooked well on both side serve hot with coconut chutney
