Ingredients:
- Idli Batter - 1 cup
- Chopped Onion - 2 tablespoon
- Grated Carrot - 2 tablespoon
- Thinly chopped Cabbage - 2 tablespoon
- Chopped Ginger - 1 tspn
- Chopped Green chilli - 2 tablespoon
- Chopped Coriander and Mint leaf - as per your need
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1/4 cup
Method:
- To the idli batter add all the ingredients except oil and mix well
- Heat the Paniyaram maker ( special pan with kuzhi's ) with oil in all the holes
- Then pour the batter mixture in all the holes and after 4 to 5 minutes turned it to other side by using a spoon or paniyaram stick
- When it is cooked well on both side serve hot with coconut chutney
