Ingredients:
- Rava or Sooji Powder - 1 Cup
- Powdered Sugar - 1 Cup
- Chopped Cashew - 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder - 1 tspn
- Ghee - 1 cup
Method:
- Slightly fry the rava in empty pan and powdered it.
- Saute the chooped cashew in ghee
- Heat ghee in pan, In a bowl add 1 cup Powdered sooji , 1 cup powdered sugar, fried cashew, cardamom powder and mix well
- To this mixture add preheated ghee and mix it, fastly make balls when the mixture is still warm, otherwise the ball shaped wont come it will break.
- Keep this in airtight container
You can also add tutty fruity or cherry to give a colourful appearance.
