Diwali Special Rava Laddu



Ingredients:

  • Rava or Sooji Powder - 1 Cup
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 Cup
  • Chopped Cashew - 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom Powder - 1 tspn
  • Ghee - 1 cup 

Method:

  • Slightly fry the rava in empty pan and powdered it.
  • Saute the chooped cashew in ghee
  • Heat ghee in pan, In a bowl add 1 cup Powdered sooji , 1 cup powdered sugar, fried cashew, cardamom powder and mix well
  • To this mixture add preheated ghee and mix it, fastly make balls when the mixture is still warm, otherwise the ball shaped wont come it will break.
  • Keep this in airtight container
Note:
You can also add tutty fruity or cherry to give a colourful appearance.
