Ingredients:
- Roasted Samiya - 21/2 cups
- Chopped Vegetables - 3/4 cup ( carrot, cabbage, capsicum,beans )
- Ginger Garlic paste - 11/4 tspn
- Onion - 1 small
- Green Chilli - 2 or 3 ( according to spicyness )
- Cloves - 2 no
- Cinnamon - 1 small stick
- Bay leaves - 1 small
- Coriander leaves - few
- Ghee - 1 tspn
- Oil - 2 tblspn
- Salt - 11/2 tspn ( according to taste )
- Water - 21/2 cups
Method:
- Heat oil in the kadai, add cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, onion, green chilli and saute it
- when onion is sauted fine add ginger garlic paste and saute nicely
- when raw smell gone add chopped vegetables, salt and mix well
- Add 21/2 cups of water, when water start boils add roasted samiya, mix well and close the lid for 3 to 4 mins
- Garnish with chopped coriander and ghee and serve the tasty samiya pulav
