Ananya's Easy Samiya Pulav





Ingredients:
  • Roasted Samiya - 21/2 cups
  • Chopped Vegetables - 3/4 cup ( carrot, cabbage, capsicum,beans )
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 11/4 tspn
  • Onion - 1 small
  • Green Chilli - 2 or 3 ( according to spicyness )
  • Cloves - 2 no
  • Cinnamon - 1 small stick
  • Bay leaves - 1 small
  • Coriander leaves - few 
  • Ghee - 1 tspn
  • Oil - 2 tblspn
  • Salt - 11/2 tspn ( according to taste )
  • Water - 21/2 cups
Method:
  • Heat oil in the kadai, add cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, onion, green chilli and saute it
  • when onion is sauted fine add ginger garlic paste and saute nicely
  • when raw smell gone add chopped vegetables, salt and mix well
  • Add 21/2 cups of water, when water start boils add roasted samiya, mix well and close the lid for 3 to 4 mins
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and ghee and serve the tasty samiya pulav
