Ananya's Spicy Stuffed Bhindi








Stuffing the bhindi with masala


Spicy Stuffed Bhindi Ready 


Ingredients:
  • Bhindi or Ladies Finger - 1/4 kg
  • Chopped Onion - 1 big size
  • Chopped Tomato - 1 medium size
  • Seeded and Chopped Green chillies - 2 nos
  • Cumin Seeds - 1tspn
  • Chopped Ginger - 1 tspn
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tspn


Stuffing Ingredients:
  • Chilli Powder - 2 tspn
  • Coriander Powder - 3 tspn
  • Turmeric Poweder - 1/4 tspn
  • Grounded Fennel Seeds - 1/4 tspn
  • Dry Mango Powder - 1/2 tspn
  • Salt - 1/2 tspn ( according to taste )


Method:
  • Cut the stalk of the Bhindi and make lengthwise cut 
  • Mix the stuffing ingredients well and stuff the bhindi
  • Heat oil in the pan and saute cumin seeds until crackle
  • Add Onion, Green chillies and saute until onion turns transparent
  • Then add Ginger Garlic paste and cook till the raw smell goes
  • Now add Tomato and cook well
  • Add Stuffed Bhindi and cook for 5 or 1o mts until tender and well coated with masala
  • Serve Stuffed Bhindi hot


Variance:
After stuffing the bhindi we can cook directly in the pan with sauted cumin seeds and asofoetida powder without  masala, In this method we will get more Crispy  Stuffed Bhindi
