Health benefits of Bhajra or Kambu or Pearl millet:

Ingredients:
For Crispy dosas:
- Kambu or Pearl millet flour - 1 1/2 cup
- Raw rice - 1/2 cup
- Urad dal - 1/2 cup
- Methi seeds - 1/4 tspn
- Salt - to taste
For Soft dosas:
- Kambu or pearl millet flour - 2 cups
- Urad dal - 1/2 cup
- Methi seeds - 1/2 tspn
- Salt - to taste
Method:
- Soak rice and dal together for 3 to 4 hrs along with methi and grind it to paste
- To this add kambu flour , salt and mix well
- Keep it overnight or 8 hrs for fermentation
- Heat tawa and take a ladle of batter and make dosa apply oil and cook it till it it turns golden brown on both sides
- Serve this healthy and tasty kambu or pearl millet dosa hot with coriander chutney or onion tomato chutney or coconut chutney
