Ingredients:
- Baby corn - 13 nos
- Onion - 3 nos ( 2 big and 1 small )
- Tomato - 2 nos ( 2 big )
- Chilli powder - 1 tspn
- Cumin powder - 1/4 tspn
- Coriander powder - 1 tspn
- Garam masala - 1/2 tspn
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn
- Kasuri methi - 1 tspn
- Tomato Sauce - 1 tspn
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tspn
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Fresh cream - for garnishing
- Coriander leaf - for garnishing
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tblspn
Method:
- Heat 1 tspn of oil in a kadai and saute chopped 2 big onion, tomato for 3 to 4 mins then switch off the stove in that heat add chilli, cumin, coriander powder
- After the mixture cools grind it in to fine paste
- Chop the baby corn and cook in a pan along with water, turmeric powder, salt till it becomes soft
- Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds after it pops out add onion after a minute add ginger garlic paste
- After the raw smell goes add kasuri methi, tomato sauce and saute for few seconds
- Then add the grinded paste and allow it to cook for 3 to 4 mins in low flame
- Now add milk and mix them well check for salt then add baby corn
- After 2 mins switch off the stove
- Serve the tasty baby corn gravy with fresh cream, coriander leaf garnish
