Ingredients:
- Brocoli - 1 ( medium size)
- Tricolour capsicum - each 2 tblspn (chopped)
- Onion - 1 no (medium size)
- Garlic paste - 1 tblspn
- Red cabbage - 3tblspn
- Spring onion - 1 tblspn
- Crused pepper - 1 to 2 tspn
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 to 3 tspn
Method:
- Wash the vegetables thoroughly and cut it according to your desire shape
- Heat oil in a kadai, add onion, garlic paste and saute till onion turns pale pink
- Then add chopped cabbage, brocoli and keep in low flame till brocoli becomes tender
- Now add tricolour capsicum and stir it
- Keep in high flame with constant stirring
- Add pepper , salt and mix well
- Keep in low flame till the pepper, salt mix well with the vegetables
- After a minute springle spring onion and switch off the stove.
