Ingredients:
- Sooji or Rava - 1 Cup
- Curd ( with slight sourness ) - 1/2 to 3/4 Cup
- Green Chilli - 2 nos
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Chopped Coriander - 1 to 2 tspn
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - For deep fry
Method:
- Fry the rava in a empty kadai or use readymade roasted rava
- In a bowl add rava, chopped green chilli, ginger, coriander, salt and mix well
- To this add curd little by little by constant stirring and make dough with moisture( not too hard ) and keep it aside
- Heat oil in a kadai, soak this vadai mixture until oil heats up or soak for 1/2 hrs before (optional )
- Take lemon size dough in palm make small vadai and deep fry it
- Serve this hot sooji vadai with raw tomato-onion chutney
